As we celebrate our 75th Anniversary this 2022 we fondly recall how Up-Town started.
In 1947, Mr. Tan Tian Huay started Up-Town Construction Supply, with nothing more than his dreams in his pocket and sheer determination in his spirit. Soon after, he enlisted the help of his children and Up-Town Industrial Sales, Inc. was incorporated in 1968.

From its humble beginnings as an importer of galvanized iron sheet and pipe fittings, Up-Town is now one of the leading suppliers of Hardware & Construction Materials, Importer / Distributor of Industrial Products, Material Handling Equipment and Flooring Systems Applications in the Philippines.

Over the past 75 years, both our family and the company have grown. It has been one long roller coaster ride with the challenges faced, but we have also been very blessed.

We would not be celebrating our 75th year this 2022 without your continuous support.
